Our icebergs are “calved” from glaciers up around Greenland.
They literally break off from a glacial outcropping and then find their way along a route known as Iceberg Alley (where the Titanic got itself in trouble). Following this ancient aquatic road, the beautiful bergs pass along Newfoundland and Labrador’s east coast every spring providing an attraction few destinations can match. |
